How much does it cost to ship to my country?
Orders under $499.00 will be $80.00, orders over $499.00 will be For free.
Do I have to pay sales tax and/or import duty?
If the amount of orders is less than 499 US dollars, the buyer needs to pay import customs duties; Orders with an order amount of more than 499 US dollars are exempt from customs duties.(customs duty is paid by our company).
What is your Exchanges and Returns Policy?
Since all the products sold on the website are MTO products, we do not support the return service, If it is because the size is not suitable, we will support a self-paid replacement service for each order.（Note: The replacement service is limited to one time per order, please be informed!）
Do you provide free Return and Exchange service?
Due to the very high cost of international logistics and tariffs, so we don't provide free return and exchange service. Please be informed!
Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
All products on this website are sold in MTO and are not available in stock. Oders need to be shipped within 8 weeks. Thank you for your support and understanding.
Why has my express delivery not been updated since it arrived in the United States (or other countries)?
Because international express delivery involves customs verification, customs declaration and customs clearance and other business, it usually takes about 1 week to go through the relevant procedures after the express delivery arrives in your country. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, a 10% fee will be charged (this fee is a transaction fee charged by PayPal or credit card organizations and Shopify fee). There will be fees immediately after payment, we suggest you consider carefully before paying the order. How will you be shipping the product to me?
We use YunExpress Full delivery，then UPS or DHL and FedEx or USPS Or the local postal systems of different countries for Last-end delivery(The express company can't list them one by one，Subject to the actual situation). Delivery is usually between 7 to 15 working days after shipped. Please actively cooperate with the express delivery, If there is an area where it cannot be delivered, you may need to pick up the package by yourself. Please forgive us! The express company cannot be designated. Please understand. All shipments include 100% insurance coverage and a tracking number. Please pay attention to the status of your package at any time. After the package is delivered, please pick up your package in time！If you refuse to pick up the package, all losses caused will be borne by you.
