Our Exchanges and Returns Policy

Since all the products sold on the website are MTO products, we do not support the return service, If it is because the size is not suitable, we will support a self-paid replacement service for each order.(Note: The replacement service is limited to one time per order, please be informed!)

Do you provide free Return and Exchange service?

Due to the very high cost of international logistics and tariffs, so we don't provide free return and exchange service. Please be informed!

  • The product must be brand new & in an unworn resalable condition. (Scratched soles will not be accepted, so please try on the shoes on a carpeted surface). 
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Including the original packaging (xbxsboots shoe box + dust bag/s + shipping packaging). Do not use the xbxsboots shoe box as a shipping container.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your Return, please allow 8 weeks for processing.
  • If you're returning to Exchange: As soon as we receive the returned item/s, we  will need 8 weeks to remake your order. Please wait patiently!(The customer have to cover the International shipping costs and customs duties. )
  • Rejected packages: Please note that if the parcel is rejected by the customer and returned to xbxsboots, any return charges, taxes, or duties that xbxsboots gets charged will be deducted from any refund owed.
